Every experiment hypothesis is directly mapped to revenue and profit levers: CVR, AOV and RPU/PPU. Based on specific niches (e.g. fashion) we also create experiment hypothesis focussing on metrics like: First/Repeat Customer Rate, CLV and return rates. We can also include secondary metrics that tie into Brand Awareness and Trust like: bounce rate, session duration, pages per session and scroll depth.
How do you integrate with internal teams like growth, creative, and engineering, UX/UI?
We act as the bridge between Paid Acquisition, Retention, and Creative/UX. We operate as a full-stack, Done-For-You pod that plugs directly into your organization. We only need tech stack access, knowledge transfer, and async approvals.
We ship CRO Tests independently and just need to be kept in the loop on what’s working on the Paid side, creative strategy, upcoming launches, and brand shifts.
